This is an informational document targeted towards the agricultural workers from the European Economic Area 1, located in Scotland. This document informs workers of their rights during the COVID-19 pandemic and what actions can be taken if they believe their rights are without protection. Additionally, there is information on how to proceed to ensure individuals safety during COVID-19; for example precautions, laws, public conduct, etc. Provides guidance for workers seeking information of their worker’s rights and living standards.

Many low-income workers are without the resources needed to educate themselves of their personal and/or industry rights. Agricultural workers often lack proper representation and are unable to advocate for fair treatment. This document allows workers the opportunity to conduct their own outreach and inform themselves of their undeniable rights, preventing any administrative exploitation.
