This report aims to describe the EU’s current regime relating to business and human rights. The main body of the document addresses the current implementation of the UN Guiding Principles, whereas the annex contains further information regarding existing EU policy and law which support the UNGPs. The report is structured around the three pillars of the UNGPs, taking into account internal and external dimensions of EU action.
