The report is the result of a project designed to identify and test strategies and activities that will most likely improve social and environmental conditions and also provide business benefits to the ICT supply chain. Initially focused on Shenzhen, China due to its popular sourcing destination for the sector. The report includes recommendations for each group of stakeholders (suppliers, customers, government and local NGOs) that plays an essential role in improving the overall social and environmental conditions in Shenzhen’s ICT sector.
