This guide is part of a set of guides developed by ILO, a unique exercise as they consider child labour from the perspective of employers and their organizations, while keeping the welfare of children and their families at the centre of the analysis.
In addition, the Guides offer practical ideas and advice, as well as real cases and examples. “Guide Two: How employers can eliminate child labour ” explains what an enterprise can do to eliminate child labour in its operations, both as it relates to workers under the minimum age for work and as it relates to those under the age of 18 engaged in hazardous work.
