This report highlights relevant government agencies’ noteworthy recent accomplishments and improvements, remaining gaps and challenges, and recommendations for the Cambodian public justice system and its partners in combatting trafficking in persons. It calls for enhanced, expanded and institutionalized training, specific guidelines to be issued where laws or best practices are unclear, the implementation of international instruments and innovations for cross-border cooperation, and continuing to improve cooperation between government and non-government agencies within Cambodia.
